Your focus on your Personal and Business growth will create growth in others. The people around you will be the first to see your investment of your time, energy, effort and money into your personal and business growth.
What has been your most recent work for your own personal or business growth?
Have you seen the interest of those nearest to you in following this same line of growth for themselves?

I agree 100% that others notice your own personal growth and that ends up changing your relationships, both business and personal. My first grade teacher told me “always be learning” and I don’t think I’ve ever stopped.

  2. You are so right Mitch. Personally I’ve been watching what I eat more. I’ve noticed my husband has joined me in my personal goal to eat more healthy without any instigation from me. Thanks for the reminder!

      Debbie,
For a second I read ‘without any indigestion from you’. Whew! Glad I reread it!

I always share this with my nutrition clients: that we all need someone to help us grow either professionally or personally. So I believe it’s great to work with a business coach, a yoga master, a nutritionist and where-ever you need guidance

  4. I so agree with this Mitch – to grow ourselves we must know ourselves and this requires effort! One of my favourite personal mottos is “work harder on yourself than you do on your day job” and I have literally been following this motto for years. Even when I was in corporate world – the more I worked on myself the more my employer benefited and now as an entrepreneur my investment in myself pays off for me, my business and my clients. As a coach it would be inauthentic of me to do otherwise!

  5. Mitch – I agree! The more I work on myself both personally and professionally, the more I notice shifts in my relationships and those around me. I notice other stepping up as well – and I notice those who aren’t and are content to just be.

I too have noticed that when I take the time to invest in my own personal growth, my business is positively affected as well – I am better for myself, for my family, for my friends, and for my clients.

      Jennifer,
The side note to this is you actually attract a better quality client.
There is something that happens. How you think, how you speak.
